The data controller is Shubhendu Kulshreshtha, acting personally as a sole trader and trading in his own name as Dr Shubhendu Kulshreshtha. “Clinician Founder Everything” is the public-facing brand name used on this website; it is not a company or separate legal entity.

The professional title “Dr” is used for identification and context only. This website and its related services are not provided in Shubhendu Kulshreshtha’s capacity as a medical doctor, do not form part of clinical care and do not create a doctor–patient relationship.

What information is collected?

Who helps process it?

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Where information is processed outside the UK, the relevant provider and Shubhendu Kulshreshtha will rely on an applicable transfer mechanism where required.
